Where every bitebecomes a softcelebration.
Hand-piped cookies, three-day croissants, and celebration cakes baked each morning in our little pastel corner of Port Huron.

The Manifesto
Three quiet convictions, folded in butter.
The Art of Slow Baking
Good pastry cannot be rushed. Doughs rest overnight, laminations fold by hand, and every crumb carries the patience of a 4am first bake.
Butter & Patience
Twenty-seven layers of cultured French butter, folded over three days. Flakiness you can hear, softness you remember.
Honest Ingredients
Organic flour from historic mills, free-range eggs, real vanilla, and seasonal fruit from the marché — nothing else hides in our recipes.
The Bakery Case
Bakes in soft focus.

From Our Ovens
Baked slow, on purpose.
Every bake begins before sunrise in our Port Huron kitchen and lands, still warm, on the counter by eight. We work in small batches — never more than the ovens can hold — so every cookie, croissant, and cake earns its place in the case.

Kind Words
Loved by sweet tooths everywhere.
“The raspberry macarons are little clouds. I order a dozen every Friday and they have never once survived the weekend.”
Camille Laurent

“That croissant shatter. I sketch at the corner table every morning just to catch the first batch out of the oven.”
Sora Takahashi

“Bake For Me! made our wedding cake — three pastel tiers of rosewater sponge. Our guests still talk about it a year later.”
